30 years of solid experience in design, construction and project management both abroad and Canada. Chloe Kwan acted as a Project Manager in PRC China at a famous design company – Guangzhou Design Institute Group, with design and construction works includi ng the recognized Beijing Olympic City and The Garment City and Changsha.

She has been closely involved in many residential redevelopments in Canada for the past 10 years.

Her expertise is to precisely create budgeting for small or large scale projects, project management, cross – checking design drawings as well as accounting.

She has a big heart for everything but is extremely serious and detailed when it comes to work. She loves making Chinese Guangdong dishes , animals and children.

Chloe is currently positioned as a Project Manager in Dizign although she is capable to work in any position in the company and is a great leader in the group.
